Animação Sociocultural é um misto de experiências desenvolvidas a partir da experiência de uma destinada realidade, que propõe-se estimular os indivíduos, para a sua participação com vista a transformarem-se activos do seu próprio procedimento de progresso e das comunidades em que se incluem. A Animação Sociocultural é um meio decisório para um progresso multidisciplinar introduzido dos indivíduos e dos grupos. O animador sociocultural é aquele que, sendo possuidor de uma formação adequada, é apto de executar e executar um plano de entretenimento, numa comunidade, instituição ou organismo, empregando técnicas culturais, sociais, educativas, desportivas, recreativas e lúdicas.

Efeitos com purpurinas dão um toque harmonioso aos desenhos da pintura facial. Aplicar enfeites de diamante, jóias, purpurinas algo com brilho e relevo dão uma luz cintilante num rosto pintado, dão uma aparência mais profissional e glamorosa. Nas crianças devemos ter uma especial atenção em não colocar por exemplo as purpurinas em pó, por serem tão minúsculas, muito perto do contorno dos olhos, pois uma pequena purpurina pode em algumas crianças causar situações embaraçosas e complicadas.

Algumas técnicas que uso | Some techniques that use

Antes de iniciar  a pintura temos de tentar perceber se quem vamos pintar tem algum problema de alergias na pele ou infecções. Embora que a marca que uso mais, Snazaroo são tintas não tóxicas e altamente testadas.

Para começar: Certificar-me de as tintas estão preparadas sobre uma toalha limpa e que tenho um recipiente de água limpa para lavar pincéis e esponjas.

Não é necessário colocar nenhum creme hidratante na pele antes de começar. Estas tintas são à base de água e ficam melhor aplicadas directamente sobre a pele limpa e seca.

Aplicar sempre primeiro a cor base, usando uma esponja húmida verificar de que a esponja não está demasiado molhada para tinta não escorrer e estragar o resultado esperado.

Para conseguir uma cor mais intensa, deixo a primeira camada de tinta secar e depois aplicar uma segunda de mão.

Nos trabalhos que existem uma diferença de cores claras e escuras, aplicamos primeiro a cor mais clara, se exequível.

Com o pincel: desenhar em linhas contínuas, com a mão firme, podemos usar o dedo mindinho como suporte para manter a mão firme e ter um bom traço.

Os materiais de pintura: devemos de mantê-los num lugar fresco e distante da luz solar.

Verificar sempre se tudo o material e recipientes estão limpos e desinfectados no fim de cada trabalho.

Ao guardar as tintas verificar se estão todas limpas, secas e com as respectivas tampas. Quando terminar as pinturas devemos limpar qualquer excesso de humidade da superfície das tintas e guardas com as devidas tampas.

 Os pincéis devem ser lavados com água bem quente e deixa-los a secar antes de guardar. As esponjas devem ser lavadas em água bem quente e sabão e deixa-las  secar antes de guardar.

As tintas com mais de dezoito meses devem ser deitadas fora, tal como as esponjas que já se encontrarem manchadas e velhas.

The brushes should be washed in very hot water and let them dry before storing. The sponges should be washed in very hot water and soap and left to dry before storing.
The inks with more than 18 months must be discarded, such as sponges that are already old and stained.

Estava a vasculhar fotografias de trabalhos e apercebi-me que não cheguei a mostrar aqui as fotografias do Bodypainting que fui fazer em directo no programa Portugal no Coração na RTP, nos estúdios em Lisboa, com o objectivo de divulgar um evento sobre esta mesma arte que iria decorrer no shopping Vivaci em Caldas da Rainha.
