Bodypainting - RTP

Estava a vasculhar fotografias de trabalhos e apercebi-me que não cheguei a mostrar aqui as fotografias do Bodypainting que fui fazer em directo no programa Portugal no Coração na RTP, nos estúdios em Lisboa, com o objectivo de divulgar um evento sobre esta mesma arte que iria decorrer no shopping Vivaci em Caldas da Rainha.

O animador e o trabalho de grupo | The animator and the group work

Não é fácil trabalhar em grupo. Cada um tem a sua opinião, o que é um direito inerente ao ser humano. Mas quando uma pessoa quer que a sua opinião passe por cima de todas as outras, tudo se complica. Segundo Ander-Egg (1989) o animador tem que possuir o dom de gentes. Mas o que é o dom de gentes? Dom de gentes é a habilidade para criar relações pessoais e capacidade para superar situações conflitosas. O que quer dizer que, quem for conflituoso por natureza, nunca poderá ser um bom animador. O animador tem que saber ouvir todas as opiniões e depois tentar com que todas se liguem umas às outras; tem que ser comunicador, equilibrado psicologicamente; tem que possuir uma mentalidade aberta e uma visão do conjunto. Ninguém se pode sobrepor a ninguém e o animador tem que evitar que isso aconteça. Muitas vezes isso não acontece nos trabalhos de grupo. E não é só a questão da opinião que é importante. O grupo, sem dar conta, elege um líder que toma conta da situação, isto é, que abarca com todos os problemas inerentes a um trabalho em execução. O líder vê-se na obrigação de "espicaçar" o restante grupo de modo a que o trabalho seja feito. E, infelizmente, nem todos colaboram com o mesmo "brilho". Existe sempre alguém que se "encosta à sombra da bananeira" e espera confortavelmente pela nota, sem ter contribuído para ela. Neste tipo de trabalhos, é o grupo que está a ser analisado e não cada peça/elemento que o constitui.

Infelizmente, a nota ganha compensa o esforço de alguns e o descanso de outros. Mas nesta profissão é preciso saber trabalhar em grupo, é preciso aceitar as opiniões alheias e, sobretudo, é preciso saber aceitar os outros que estão em nosso redor.

It's not easy to work in groups. Each one has their opinion, which is a right inherent in the human being. But when a person wants your opinion over all others, everythingbecomes complicated. According to Ander-Egg (1989) the animator has to possess the gift of gentes. But what is the gift of people? Gift of gentes is the ability to createpersonal relationships and ability to overcome conflitosas situations. Which means,who is conflicted by its very nature, can never be a good animator. The animator has to hear all opinions and then try all connect to each other; have to be Communicator,psychologically balanced; you have to have an open mentality and a vision of the whole. Anyone can override anyone and the animator has to prevent that from happening. Often this does not happen in group work. And it's not just a matter of opinion that is important. The group, without realizing it, elect a leader who takes careof the situation, that is, which covers with all the problems inherent in a running job.The leader finds himself compelled to "entice" the remainder group so that the work to be done. And, unfortunately, not all work with the same "brightness". There isalways someone who "pull off the shadow of abaca" and wait comfortably for the notewithout having contributed to it. In this type of work, is the group that is being examined and not each part/element that constitutes.

Unfortunately, the note gains worth the effort of a few and the rest of others. But in this business you have to be able to work in a group, you must accept the opinions of others and, above all, we must learn to accept others that are around us.

O Animador Sociocultural é um profissional que após a Prova de Aptidão Profissional (PAP), com aproveitamento do Curso Profissional de Animador Sociocultural, se encontra apto a promover o desenvolvimento sociocultural de grupos e comunidades, organizando, coordenando e/ou desenvolvendo actividades de animação de carácter cultural, educativo, social, lúdico e recreativo.Um individuo que obtêm o grau de Técnico de Animador Sociocultural tem que: saber diagnosticar e analisar, em equipas técnicas multidisciplinares, situações de risco e áreas de intervenção sob as quais actuar, relativas ao grupo alvo e ao seu meio envolvente, planear e implementar em conjunto com a equipa técnica multidisciplinar, projectos de intervenção sociocomunitária, planear, organizar, promover e avaliar actividades de carácter educativo, cultural, desportivo, social, lúdico, turístico e recreativo, em contexto institucional, na comunidade ou ao domicilio, tendo em conta o serviço em que está integrado e as necessidades do grupo e dos indivíduos, com vista a melhorar a sua qualidade de vida e a qualidade da sua inserção e interacção social, promover a integração grupal e social, fomentar a interacção entre os vários actores sociais da comunidade, acompanhar as alterações que se verifiquem na situação dos clientes/utilizadores que afectem o seu bem estar, articular a sua intervenção com os actores institucionais nos quais o grupo alvo/indivíduo se insere e elaborar relatórios de actividades.


The socio-cultural Animator is a professional who after the Professional aptitude test(PAP), with use of professional course of socio-cultural Animator, is able to promotethe cultural development of groups and communities, organizing, coordinating and/ordeveloping cultural animation activities, educational, social, playful and recreativo.An individual who obtain the degree of socio-cultural Animator technician must: knowand analyze, diagnose in multidisciplinary technical teams, risk situations and areas of intervention under which act, relating to the target group and its surroundings, plan and implement in conjunction with multidisciplinary technical team, communityintervention projects, plan, organize, promote and evaluate educational activities,sports, social, cultural, recreational, tourist and recreational, in institutional context, in the community or at home, having regard to the service that is integrated and the needs of the Group and individuals, with a view to improving their quality of life andthe quality of its insertion and social interaction, promote group integration and fostersocial interaction among the various social actors in the community, monitor the changes occurring in the situation of clients/users which affect their well-being, theirjoint intervention with institutional actors in which the target group/individual insertsand reports of activities.

Animação Comunitária | Community Animation

A Animação Comunitária integra o conhecimento de um tipo de intervenção que visa o ser, o saber, o saber-fazer e o saber-estar, para aprender a viver em grupo, fundamentando uma participação activa das pessoas, envolvendo-as, tornando-as, progressivamente, conscientes de que a transformação e a melhoria das situações de vida dependem, em boa porção, da sua própria vontade, do seu empenho e das suas tomadas de decisão, em cada dia. Assim, este é um desafio à repartição de saberes e de experiências resultantes de uma vivência assente no convívio. Esta efectua-se de maneira a conduzir as pessoas a, por um lado, identificarem as suas próprias capacidades e, por outro, a respeitarem as capacidades daqueles que as envolvem, num ambiente de participação e negociação constantes, intercessor da consciencialização dos direitos de cada pessoa.

Pretende-se uma Animação que faça com que o tempo e a vida comunitária tenham um significado acutilante, que mobilize tudo e todos, pessoas individuais, pessoas colectivas, organismos públicos e privados, para a grande tarefa comum que é o desenvolvimento. (Lopes, 2006: 376)

A Animação SocioCultural investe em práticas de cidadania, através das quais o ser humano é estimulado para participar na causa pública. Isso implica informação, consciencialização, cultura e vivência democráticas que promovam ao indivíduo uma categoria de actor protagonista do seu progresso social, cultural, educativo e político.

Community animation integrates the knowledge of a type of intervention that aims tobe, the knowledge, the know-how and know-be, to learn to live in a group, basing anactive participation of people, involving them, making them progressively aware of the transformation and improvement of situations of life depend in good portion, of their own will, their commitment and their decision-makingin each day, so this is a challenge to the allocation of knowledge and experience resulting from an experiencebased on conviviality. This is done in such a way as to lead people, on the one hand,identify their own capabilities and, secondly, to respect the abilities of those whoinvolve in an environment of participation and negotiation, the intercessor of theawareness of the rights of each person.

Is an animation that make the time and community life have a meaning sharp, whichmobilize everything and everyone, individuals, legal persons, public and private bodies, to the great common task that is development. (Lee, 2006: 376)

The SocioCultural Animation invests in citizenship practices through which the human being is encouraged to participate in the public cause. This implies information,awareness, culture and democratic experience that promote the individual a category of actor protagonist of their social progress, cultural, educational and political.
